We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don’t love it, send it back, it’s that easy! We will gladly return within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns must be initiated with Yogatics within 14 days of delivery date. Clothing must not be worn, washed, or damaged, and returned in the original condition with tags attached. Once Yogatics receives the return, validates the return was initiated within 14 days of the delivery date, and verifies the items are in their original condition, a refund or exchange will be given. All orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for any reason after the 14 day return policy period. Sales and discounts cannot be applied on prior purchases.
To initiate a domestic return, sign in to your account and click “Return” OR visit our Return Portal here.
Enter your order number* and email to start the returns request.
Select your items, reason and shipping method (pre-paid FedEx label or your own carrier** ) and click “Confirm.”
You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.
Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. All bodysuits and underwear items are final sale. Yogatics.com does not accept returns for Yogatics store purchases or 3rd party retailers.
